Our fantastic Positive Behaviour Support Team recently welcomed their newest team member Carmel Tucker – Admin Apprentice. The perfect excuse for another photo opportunity!
Our PBS Team provide the people we support with individual tailored access to internal positive behaviour support, working alongside staff and putting interventions in place, creating social stories and strategies, undertaking assessments, observations, troubleshooting, speech / sensory therapy and supporting with any tricky transitions (new people coming in) to help things go smoothly, which is a great support to not only the people we support, but to our managers and care teams.
