Well done to Emma Laker, Manager of our River Drive Residential Home, recently shortlisted for the Workforce Development Award for the Kent Care Awards 2022. The 7th Annual Care Awards will announce winners on Friday 16th September 2022 at the Mercure Great Danes Hotel.
Sharing some more of our KAT Oscar winners 2022 – Winner of the Day Resource Manager Award was Aissame El Bakkali; Manager of Ashford Resource Centre “Someone who is exceptional in delivery a well-led service” our finalists were Managers; Natalie Atkins of 21 High Street and Emma Laker of Newton Close. Joint winners of the PBS Champion Award were Tamsin Gregory-Conquest; Head of PBS and Jodie Ray; Communication Practice Lead “Passionate individuals who advocate for PBS and work to achieve clear positive outcomes for individuals who may present with challenging behaviours” our finalists were Natalie Atkins and Robert Kiti.
Winner of the Sunshine Award was Serita Boxall; Fundraising & Marketing Manager “A colleague who brings sunshine to the team and service, an empathetic person who is always positive, kind to everyone, someone who only ever says positive things about others” our finalists were Debbie Squires, Jolene Lovell, Dawn El-Khamlichi, Kamal Bhusal, Team PBS, Harry Ralph, Lorna Hillary, Caroline Tyler and Emma Rivers.
