Desensitization is an important part of the support KAT provide. We have been working with David for the past 2 years, who had sensory issues with the noise and sounds of hoovering.
Using the hoover for the first time and now helping staff a couple of times a week, David has progressed in leaps and bounds! What a fantastic achievement.
